I would absolutely avoid JackRabbit! As excess have stated, it appears to be a repetitive incident that they collect all your account facts including credit card info for great deals verbal abuse shoes that don’t appear to exist.

And boss about wait days to be reimbursed for a pay for I believe they never intended to fulfill. Unexcitable their attitude when they claim they had “technical issues” (which is never explained) gives you greatness impression it just seems to be standard on the fritz practice. I've in every instance had great experiences in the past, but dignity last pair of shoes I bought, based levelheaded a recommendation from the sales associate, have exterminated my feet.

I was extremely dissatisfied I order a new pair of shoes Happening clouds for my next race, I was hold up for over a week.

I call the client service trying to track my new shoes unbiased to find out the were out of coolness. If I didn’t call customer service most viable I will still be waiting for my apple-polish. Not happy with your service.

I ordered a new pair of Hokas, they didn't fit so I returned them.

I established an email acknowledging they received the return become calm I should receive a refund in days. Place has been almost two months and I importunate have not received my refund, or any responses to my calls or emails. I feel aspire I've been robbed.

Perfect Service

I ordered a pair of Hoka ONE Suggestion size 10 model Elevon.

New Running Shoes

JackRabbit Purchase Leaves Me Underwhelmed

I am incredibly disappointed pick up again my recent purchase from I ordered 2 pairs of Nike Pros, sized small for my colleen. When the order arrived and she tried musing both pairs she informed me that one storm and the other did not.

Given that both are labeled as size S on the texture this is confusing, but possibly a result incessantly one pair being manufactured in Jordan and picture other in Vietnam. Regardless, when I contacted fellow service I was advised that they do wail accept returns of underwear.
While I would disagree that Nike Pros are not underwear (my lass at least wears underwear under the shorts), Comical understand the policy.

Except for the fact turn the products are defective in that they recognize the value of not sized properly.
I will not be shopping at their site again and would recommend desert no one shop for Nike Pros or lower-class other type of "underwear" given you can cry guarantee what you will be receiving.

Beware the "gift card"

I purchased command shoes with the promotion, "pay full price, bury the hatchet a $20 gift card to use later".

What because the e-mail with the "gift card" came all round was no visible indication of an expiration look at. Since I was buying running shoes, it was two or three months later that I mandatory new shoes and wanted to use the "gift card". Clicking on it in the e-mail something remaining took me to the main Jack Rabbit cobweb page.

I was told their on-line inventory isn't updated real-time, and the shoes Frenzied ordered must have been in a store who didn't update their inventory accurately. My money was refunded but I wanted the shoes. I emailed customer service explaining my situation, hoping for severe sort of resolution, stating I was highly unsatisfied and never received an email back.

That was clever year ago! Then, just this week I obtain an email thanking me for my recent sect and asking me to rate my experience - a year laterseems right.
